The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

    • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

      Refund Policy

      Exchange and Warranty

      Note: In order to safeguard your privacy, we will only be able to respond to emails / messages that originate from your registered email ID / phone number.

      Our first priority is your 100% satisfaction with any MotoTech Gear purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons, you can return the product to the following address:

      Not 100% Satisfied with the Purchase / Wish to Return the Order

      If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase OR simply wish to exchange or return the order, due to any reason whatsoever, that you placed on https://mototechgear.com/ , then kindly send us an email on care@mototechgear.com within 4 days from when you receive the product/s with the proof of purchase and we will Exchange the item in question or provide a Refund, after deducting a CANCELLATION FEE, which is calculated as Shipping Cost (At Actuals) + Administration Fee (5% of the Total Order Value), as applicable, depending on MotoTech Gear's consent. Also you must note, under that circumstance, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. It is to be noted that https://mototechgear.com/ has discretionary right to accept or reject the return. The same will be documented in an email and communicated to you within 7 days of your request to return the product.

      PLEASE NOTE - Exceptions / Rules:
      All products bought at a Discount, Annual Sale, Flash Sale and / or at a price below the MRP, will not be eligible for return OR for warranty claim.

      Incorrect Size

      Exchange of product due to incorrect size has to be returned to us within 7 days from the day you receive the product/s, with the proof of purchase and the product. If the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with an appropriate size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock.

      PLEASE NOTE - Exceptions / Rules:
      • Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the MOTOTECH team.
      • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be eligible for Exchange or Returns.
      • Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
      • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.


      Shipping of products during the return process is the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a shipping agent who will preserve the product as is handed over to them, until it reaches our doorstep and accepted by a representative of https://mototechgear.com/ . We will not be able to entertain returns if they are damaged or returned in an unsaleable state due to any action or inaction by the shipping agent. The costs incurred in shipping the product to https://mototechgear.com/ will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

      • The product shipped to you is defective as accepted by the terms of returning defective products above.
      • We have sent an incorrect product. We give immense attention to detail and quality, but we are human too!
      https://mototechgear.com/ will ship the replacement product back to the customer without any charge, only once. After shipping the replacement once, every subsequent shipment will be charged at actuals.

      PLEASE NOTE Exceptions / Rules:
      • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and testing by MOTOTECH team.
      • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.       Shipping Policy

      Shipping Information

      What are the costs for shipping my order?

      Shipping cost will vary as per product and delivery location. This will be visible at the time of 'check out', before the payment is taken for processing.

      When is an order dispatched and what is the expected delivery time?

      We strive to ship all orders received before 12 noon IST on the same day. Dispatch are expected to happen every working day after 3.00 pm IST. If your order & payment has been received before that, we try our best to ship your order the same day itself.

      Sometimes the products of your order may be available at one of our other warehouses; in that case it may take a day to receive the product at our Main Warehouse, from where the dispatch is processed. In this case, the dispatch would happen the next working day.

      Having said that we understand that after purchasing the product you are very excited to receive the product/s at the earliest. Therefore, we assure you that we try our absolute level best to dispatch the order at the earliest possible.

      Consignment takes normally 3 to 7* working days depending on the location. If the consignment contains liquid then it may take 4-10 working days for the order to be delivered, as we have to dispatch the order through surface only.

      *Important: We always try to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible. We too shop online and understand what it means to want our orders to reach us at the earliest. That is always our aim and that's why we also constantly try and follow up with the shipping companies, so that your order reaches you in time. However, please understand that operations of shipping companies are not in our control. We are always on your side and put in our best efforts to follow up with the shipping companies as much as possible.

      Because the operations of shipping companies is not in our control we request you not to hold us responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your travel schedules. We request you to please order early enough to accommodate delays.

      As a general practice, always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem, please don't sign POD and let us know on care@mototechgear.com along with the Name/Phone# of the person delivering the package. Once the POD has been signed, the courier companies do not entertain any complaints/claims.

      What do I do in case I have not received my order but courier tracking shows "Delivered" ?

      You can email us on care@mototechgear.com or call / whatsapp on the numbers given in the "Contact Us" page. We will check the issue by raising a complaint with the shipping companies and inform you of the status as soon as possible. We always hope that all orders reach the customer in a timely and appropriate manner, but sometimes, circumstances are not in our control. We request you to be patient and rest assured that we will follow up with the shipping company and resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

      My order has products with liquid in it, can the order be delivered? If yes, then how long will it take?

      Yes we can deliver liquid items to most areas in the country, however it will take 4-10 days for your order to reach, as we have to dispatch the order through surface only. 

      I want to ship my order to another address than the one I submitted at registration. Can I do this?

      Yes you can save multiple addresses in your account on our website. During check-out, please select the correct address, where you want your order to be shipped at, and it will be shipped to the desired address.

      Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?

      Yes & No. We use a variety of carriers including Delhivery, Anjani Couriers, Xpressbees, Shree Maruti Couriers, Speed Post (India Post), Hand Delivery, etc.. Customers can suggest the carrier for their order and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. The choice of carrier is determined by whichever carrier has the best service in your area and the size of your order. And please don't worry we will select the appropriate carrier option for you, to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email and in your account on  https://mototechgear.com/

      What do I do if my product has not arrived on time?

      You can email us on care@mototechgear.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. We will check the issue by following up with the shipping companies and inform you as soon as possible. We always hope that all orders reach the customer in timely and appropriate manner and do our best to achieve that. Though, sometimes, circumstances are not in our control, but we will try our best to follow up with the shipping company and try and deliver the package at the earliest.

      Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

      Not in the same order. You can place two or more orders with different “Shipping Addresses”

      Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?

      No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.

      Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

      Once we receive your order, we take upto 24 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our hand. Please contact us on  care@mototechgear.com with your requested change and respective order number. We will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.

      How long does domestic/international shipping take?

      Domestic shipping may take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the country order is being delivered. International shipping takes 10 to 20 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the world, order is being delivered

      Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?

      Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.

      Warranty Policy

       Register your MotoTech Product Purchase

      Register your MotoTech product/s above to authenticate your purchase and be eligible for Warranty Claim. We stand by our products and would love to help you if you face any problems with our products, as long as it is within reason.

      All "Registered" Mototech product purchases are eligible for a TWO years warranty (from the date of purchase by the original owner ONLY), subject to the following terms and conditions:

      1) Replacement warranty is applicable only on existing manufacturing defects present in an unused item which covers...
      - Damaged Fabric
      - Damaged/non-functional Zippers/buttons, etc.
      - Workmanship issues like stitching/finishing, etc.

      2) This warranty covers defects against craftsmanship only, and does not include damage/s due to normal wear-and-tear from use or misuse and failure to comply with the product instructions.

      3) Procedure to claim warranty:
      a) Offline Reseller (Store Retailer / Dealer) : Please note that the buyer may approach the Offline Reseller where the product was originally purchased, and the Offline Reseller would in turn handle the rest for you after checking the item.

      b) Online Reseller (Online / Web Retailer) : If purchased from an online reseller, then please email with a picture by replying to your order email along with a copy of the purchase invoice, and the Online Reseller will send you step-by-step instructions.

      IMPORTANT**** Please do not approach other resellers or please do not send the product to MotoTech unless requested by team MotoTech.

      Please Note:
      - All warranty claims will be entertained from the Offline / Online Reseller the End-Use Customer can fill and submit the Warranty Request on this link - https://mototechgear.com/pages/submit-warranty-request
      - We may ask the Reseller to provide pictures and details that would describe the defect, so that we can study the problem and resolve at the earliest.

      4) After Step 3, the reseller will inspect and decide whether the product is eligible for a warranty claim or not. Subject to this decision, if required by MotoTech, then the reseller will forward the product to MotoTech (along with copy of the customer's purchase invoice) for further evaluation. If the product is found to be defective and is eligible for a Warranty Claim by MotoTech, it will be repaired and returned to the reseller / customer. If repair is not possible, then the product will be replaced with similar product from the existing range available at that moment. If similar product is not available, then the buyer can select any other product of similar value from the existing MotoTech range of products.

      5) Costs involved with Shipping of the defective product to MotoTech is the responsibility of the Reseller / Customer, and costs involved with shipping the product back to the reseller / customer will be the responsibility of MotoTech. International customers are responsible for all shipping and other incurred expenses such as duties, taxes.. etc.

      6) In no event shall MotoTech be liable for damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use of MotoTech products or for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever except for the liability to repair or replace goods covered by warranty.

      i) Any MotoTech products used by multiple people (rentals, film shoots, club members, etc.), are NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

      ii) MotoTech does not offer any blanket warranty across the product range due to the inherent rough use associated with nature of activities such as motorcycling and motorbiking.

      Prerequsite to Claims:
      i) Registration of MotoTech Product Purchase is done within 15 days of purchase.

      ii) Product is not purchased at any discount/offer/clearance sale.

      iii) Product is purchased from an authorized reseller.

      iv) Date of Purchase is not more than 24 months from claim date.

      v) Proof of purchase showing that the customer has paid the full price (MRP) at the time of purchase is required. 

      vi) The customer's Purchase Invoice needs to have the Customer's Name and Contact Number.



      To be able to "Claim Warranty" on your MotoTech product/s inventory:

      1. The Dealer / Reseller / Distributor must have taken proper care of stacking and storing of inventory and should have maintained FIFO (First In First Out) at all times.

      2. The purchase of inventory should not have been earlier than 2 years from the date of Warranty Claim Request, meaning that the the product/s in question should be sent for Warranty Claim Request no later than 2 years from the date of Purchase Invoice of those product/s.

      3. In order to be considered for a Warranty Claim, the products should be returned with it's original Point-of-Sale packaging and should have been stored in a neat and clean environment which ensures that no harm has been caused to the product due to it's storage conditions.

      4. Sending the product/s to MotoTech for a Warranty Claim Request will be the responsibility of the Dealer / Reseller / Distributor. 

      5. If the Warranty Claim is granted, then MotoTech will issue a Credit Note of the original Dealer / Reseller / Distributor whom the products were sold originally and the Credit Note should be utilized within 3 months for any other purchase of MotoTech product/s as per the prevailing terms. 

      6. If the Warranty Claim is not granted, then shipping the product/s back from MotoTech will be the responsibility of the Reseller / Dealer / Distributor.

MotoTech offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
